Our units feature insulated, 14-foot high overhead doors with commercial-grade electric openers and remotes; up to 18-foot high ceiling heights; 3-foot pedestrian doors; overhead heaters; insulated walls and ceilings; individually-metered, 125-amp electrical panels; dedicated 30-amp RV power outlets; ample lighting; and pre-wiring for phone and internet access.

How do I pay for my project?
Projects can be paid for in different ways. A person can get a line of credit from a bank and as the project progresses payments are made to the contractor.
If you have the funds available the costs and be done out of pocket.
The contractor can carry the cost of the project throughout construction and a one-time payment can be made after construction is complete.
